NVIDIA MCA7J60-Nxxx is an 800 Gb/s twin-port OSFP to 2×400 Gb/s OSFP Active Copper Cable (ACC) splitter, designed for high-density data center environments supporting InfiniBand NDR and 400 GbE Ethernet networking. The cable enables breakout of a single 800 Gb/s OSFP port into two independent 400 Gb/s OSFP connections, allowing scalable switch-to-server or switch-to-accelerator architectures.
It uses 8 lanes of 100G-PAM4 modulation and integrates active signal conditioning components to maintain signal integrity across supported copper lengths. The cable automatically supports InfiniBand or Ethernet protocols based on the connected device. The MCA7J60 is intended for deployment with NVIDIA OSFP switches and compatible 400 Gb/s OSFP adapters in AI, HPC, and cloud infrastructure environments.

The MCA7J60 features a twin-port OSFP connector on the switch side and two independent 400 Gb/s OSFP connectors on the breakout side.
The cable integrates active equalization circuitry to maintain stable high-speed transmission over copper. It is designed for hot-plug operation, enabling installation or replacement without interrupting system uptime.
The LSZH jacket supports deployment in dense data center racks where fire safety and low smoke emission are required.
