Once the order for the listed product has been placed by online customers, our order processing team will verify the order confirmation with customer. And once the order has been verified, it will be packed, processed for shipping and available dispatch in maximum 0-1 days i.e., within 24 hours.
Our courier partners will come and pickup the processed orders and send to the concurrent customer locations. The product will be in transit for 2-4 working days maximum and delivers at the earliest. We serve nearly 22000+ pin codes supporting most of Indian location with our multiple courier partners based on price, distance and time of delivery. All products sent from our warehouses are properly packed, labelled and goes for quality check.
Once the product reaches the customer location, our delivery partners will come and deliver the product at door step, in case if the customer is not available at the location, they will contact the customer to the mentioned mobile number for the reattempts. A maximum of 3 reattempts will be provided for a successful product delivery and if the customer is not available at the desired location, the product will reach to the origin warehouse safely where it was initially dispatched and process the payment as refund to customer if the product is booked as prepaid mode.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the opening video, with the following customer should raise a ticket in our support panel. - Book with obvious signs of use

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Once we approved your return request, you can expect the return pickup will happen within 1-3 business days from our delivery agent. Pack your return parcel with the original invoice and handover to our delivery agent.We are not charging return shipments from customers
